The Lancang-Mekong International Video and Photography Week 2022 was held in Zadoi county, Yushu Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Qinghai province, on Aug. 10, 2022.
Zadoi is home to the source of the Lancang-Mekong river.
During the event, photographers, filmmakers, artists, and singers from the Lancang-Mekong region took photos and performed concerts, telling stories about the source of the river to the world through various forms.
The event helped to build a new platform for cultural and people-to-people exchanges in the Lancang-Mekong region.
Zadoi is significant to the ecological preservation and environmental protection of the source of the river, making its due contribution to the Lancang-Mekong cooperation.
