On June 11, the Thailand branch of the Chinese Literature Readers' Club held an online symposium on the book Saturday Princess Time, with YouTube live streaming worldwide. This was the second activity held by this branch since its establishment in 2021.

Chinese author of Saturday Princess Time Yu Wenhong, the book's Thai translator Suree Choonharuangdej, vice president and general manager of Bangkok Nan Mei Co., Ltd. Chen Meiqi, and more than 40 people including local teachers, college students and translators, were in attendance.

As the keynote speaker, Yu introduced her work. The protagonist of the book is Thailand's Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. From the unique perspective of the princess' Chinese teacher, the author has created a humorous, passionate, wise and calm image of the princess. The book is not only a historical document, but also a sign of China-Thailand friendship.
