On Sept. 13, 2016, the Lancang-Mekong Countries Joint Working Group on Production Capacity Cooperation convened its first meeting in Nanning, Guangxi, marking the official establishment of the Joint Working Group.
On Sept. 14, 2017, the second meeting of the Joint Working Group on Production Capacity Cooperation was held in Nanning, south China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
